Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book?

To book, simply click HERE or the link at the top of our website and click ‘Book a session’

  • What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourselves, your little one, and a bottle of water—we’ve got everything else covered, including lunch and a hot drink

  • What do I need to wear?

Please ensure that both you and your little one are dressed appropriately for the weather. I recommend a base layer, a second layer, a jumper, and a waterproof outer layer, along with cosy socks, boots, gloves, and a hat. This way, if it gets warmer, you can easily remove a layer.

  • Do sessions run all year round?

Yes, we run sessions year-round, including during school holidays. If you'd like to bring an older child along, just let me know, and we’d be happy to accommodate. We take two weeks off over the winter and a month in the middle of the year for family visits, but aside from that, sessions are available throughout the year.

  • What is your adverse weather policy?

We believe there’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing! However, for health and safety reasons, we may occasionally need to cancel sessions, such as in cases of extreme cold, winds over 40 mph, or when there are yellow, amber, or red weather warnings in place.

  • What do I do if I need to cancel?

When booking onto sessions, please ensure you’re able to attend, as, being a small business, I cannot offer refunds. However, if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, I’m happy to reschedule your booking to an alternative date. Unfortunately, if notice is given later than this, I cannot offer an alternative session. That said, if you’d like to donate your space to a friend or someone on the waitlist, I’m happy to accommodate that.

If I need to cancel a session, I will offer the option of rescheduling or a full refund
